The Start of the Camino 2009

Our year has started on the Camino de Santiago and we have been very fortunate with the wonderful weather. After a long, wet, and cold winter, the sun has come out and accompanied us for the first days of the tour. Walking through the woods, we can see evidence of the harsh winter: broken limbs on trees from the unusual amount of snow this winter. Soon we will be in Santiago!
